What we collect

We collect information only when you choose to send it, by filling in the demo request form. That form asks for your name, your company, your email address, your phone number, the type of enquiry, and anything you write in the message field.

We do not collect anything else. This website has no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, and sets no cookies when you browse it.

Why we collect it

To reply to you. We use what you send to understand your restaurant and to get back to you about your request — nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.

Where it goes

Your request is delivered to the T-Gate team by email. This website does not store it in a database.

Delivering that email means it passes through our email provider, and it is then held in our own inboxes, in the same way any message you email us would be.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the form on this site and we will act on your request.

If you would rather not use the form at all, you are welcome to reach us another way — nothing on this site requires you to submit personal information in order to read it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
